Terms of Use – Endos SMP

Community expectations, eligibility, and website terms for ENDOS SMP.

These Terms of Use govern access to the ENDOS SMP website and Minecraft server. They explain who the service is for, what standards apply to players and families, and how use of the site and server is handled.

Before using the site or joining the server, here is the short version:

  • ENDOS SMP is a private Minecraft Java Edition server with rules, moderation, and whitelist approval.
  • Parental consent is required when applicable under COPPA and GDPR.
  • Players are expected to follow the server rules and use the website responsibly.
  • Violations may lead to warnings, removal, or permanent bans.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ENDOS SMP website (endossmp.com) and the ENDOS SMP Minecraft server (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the site or connecting to the server, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and age requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the digital age of consent in your country, unless a parent or guardian provides verifiable consent consistent with COPPA and GDPR.
  • By signing up for ENDOS SMP, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that a parent or guardian has reviewed the signup where required.
  • For players under 13 in the U.S. or under 16 in the EU, a parent or legal guardian must provide permission and remains responsible for the child’s participation.
  • ENDOS SMP is moderated, but parents and guardians are still expected to remain involved in a child’s online activity.

2. Accounts and security

  • One Minecraft account per player. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
  • You are responsible for activity connected to your account.
  • We may suspend or ban access if these Terms or server rules are violated.

3. Use of the website

  • You may browse and share public ENDOS SMP pages for personal, non-commercial use outside the game.
  • Posting outside links in Minecraft chat is not allowed unless staff has approved it.
  • Scraping, automated collection, reverse engineering, or misuse of site content is prohibited.

4. ENDOS SMP server rules

By participating in ENDOS SMP, you agree to follow the community standards that make the server respectful, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

  1. Be respectful to all players and staff.
  2. Keep chat friendly, inclusive, and appropriate.
  3. Harassment, bullying, and emotional manipulation are not allowed.
  4. Do not share or request personal information such as real names, ages, or locations.
  5. Use common sense and act ethically.
  6. No griefing, stealing, or unapproved PvP.
  7. Use the claim system to protect your builds.
  8. Do not build too close to others without permission.
  9. Do not excessively gather resources near spawn.
  10. No cheating, hacking, duping, or bug exploits.
  11. No spamming, trolling, or advertising other servers or websites.
  12. Follow staff instructions at all times.
  13. Report rule-breaking and suspicious behavior to staff.
  14. Be kind to new players and help when you can.
  15. If you are under 13 in the U.S. or under 16 in the EU, parental consent is required.
  16. Play fairly, stay safe, and have fun.

Breaking these rules may result in warnings, kicks, mutes, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

5. Donations, purchases, and virtual items

  • Any ranks, cosmetics, or perks are virtual items with no real-world value.
  • Payments are considered final unless a refund is required by law.
  • We may modify or remove virtual items at any time.

6. User-generated content

  • You keep ownership of your original builds, screenshots, and written content.
  • By posting or building on ENDOS SMP, you grant ENDOS SMP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or share that content in connection with the community or promotion of the server.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or third-party rights.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services without notice if these Terms, the rules, or applicable law are violated.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Although ENDOS SMP uses moderation and rules, no online service can guarantee complete oversight of all interactions at all times.
  • Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB/Microsoft. ENDOS SMP is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company, its staff, and affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
